Corporate Culture, Error Management, Automation & Decision Making – Human Factors in Practice
30 March 2026
MarServices is offering their course on "Corporate Culture, Error Management, Automation and Decision Making".
A strong corporate culture is the basis for dealing with mistakes constructively – and thus for sustainable performance in aviation. In this practice-oriented course, participants learn how lived values, open dialogue and psychological safety form the basis for effective error management.
Using a real-life flight accident case study and interactive group work, the direct effects of a 'poor' corporate culture on everyday work are identified and solutions developed. In addition, human factors topics such as automation and decision-making are examined. The focus is on developing practical solutions that can be applied directly in one's own working environment – from the cockpit to the control room, from technology to management.
Dates: 30 - 31 March 2026 (2 days).
Location: Haag an der Amper, Germany
Recognition: Half Course.
Note: This course is taught in English.
