Course Description:
The objective of the course is to provide theoretical knowledge to operate as an Aviation Psychologist in accordance with current EASA guidelines and to acquire training required to apply for accreditation as an Aviation Psychologist.
The course content are: Aeronautical context: the aviation system (organizational and regulatory models) and areas of intervention of the aviation psychologist, Methodologies and processes for the selection of flight crews, air traffic controllers and other aviation personnel, Basic knowledge of the Safety Management System, and Risk Management principles, Processes and methodology for the development of CRM and Human Factor training, Aviation personnel wellness promotion, Support Programme/Peer Support Programme and Emergency Psychology: Psychology Support for accident victims and their families in accordance with Italian national authority requirement (ENAC).
Dates: 15 – 17 October, 13 – 15 November and 12 – 13 December (8 days)
