20 April 2026
Course Provider: MarServices
Course Description:
Effective safety in aviation requires more than just procedures – it thrives on leadership behaviour, clear responsibilities and a sound understanding of human factors. In this course, we combine leadership behaviour and responsibilities, aviation safety risk management and the concept of practical deviation to bridge the gap between theory and practice. A key component is a practical group exercise in which participants apply the entire safety risk management process. Important factors such as violations, assertiveness and complacency are analysed in order to identify risks at an early stage, improve decision-making and promote safety-related behaviour in the long term.
