Recognized by the European Association for Aviation Psychology, this 3-day in-person seminar will transform you into an expert in Quality Management in Pilot Selection, blending theory with hands-on practice through a dynamic mix of discussions, presentations, and interactive methods. You will gain valuable insights into the leading system providers of ability tests and personality assessments, and work on developing your own comprehensive pilot selection process. Together with the instructor, students will create an interview guideline and a team or role play scenario, ensuring that you leave with a fully practical, "hands-on" project ready for real-world application. To enrich your experience, we will bring in industry experts at the end of each day to provide exclusive practical insights.
