Upon the completion of this course, participants should be able to:

Design a customized step-by-step program using the basic knowledge in quality management and apply quality criteria to make informed candidate selections, whether on paper or in an e-portfolio
Design a requirement profile as HR/Head of Pilot Selection for (ab-initio or ready-entry) pilots as well as pilots in the military
Choose the proper "ability tests" for your pilot selection process and integrate them into your "pilot selection process"
Design a guideline for a structured, goal-oriented interview for pilot selection, including well-crafted interview questions
Be able to identify and select the most suitable personality surveys
Design of role & team plays based on established guidelines
