E-CISM Conference, 13-14th of March, 2024

Dear CISM friends,
The European CISM Network, in collaboration with the Deutsche Flugsicherung, the Foundation Mayday, EUROCONTROL, the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation and Skyguide is pleased to announce the next European Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Conference. It will bring together people working in diverse fields, like astronauts, hostage negotiators, firefighters, civil and military air traffic controllers, pilots, flight attendants and researchers.
The hybrid European CISM Conference will focus on TRUST AND CROSSBORDER COOPERATION.
It will take place on Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th of March 2024 at the DFS Headquarters in Langen, near Frankfurt in Germany.
IN PERSON PARTICIPATION
The day prior to the conference, on Tuesday 12th March 2024, there will be a get together dinner between 17:30 and 22:00 in the Audimax at the DFS in Langen. German specialties will be served and if you are a musician, bring you instruments along. During the evening, we will have the pleasure to welcome the German viola player Francis Norman.
The costs for the two-day conference is the following: €150 (€140 Early Bird price if registered before the 31st of Dec 2023).

ONLINE PARTICIPATION
For those who cannot join us physically, there will be the possibility to follow the conference online.
The costs for the two-day conference is the following: €75 (€65 Early Bird price if registered before the 31st of Dec 2023).

For those who can join the Meet and Greet on Tuesday 12 March, please find herewith some information:

For your information, on Wednesday 13 March and Thursday 14 March the conference will take place at DFS Headquarters.
ICISF APPROVED INSTRUCTOR TRAINING
Both ICISF Approved Instructor Programs in Langen are confirmed.
Oliver Barbour will be the instructor for those two trainings.
The instructor training "Assisting Individuals in Crisis" will take place on Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th March, 2024.
The instructor training "Group Crisis Intervention" will take place on Friday 15th and Saturday 16th March, 2024.
